Join the Network of Journeywoman Advertisers...

Every time the Journeywoman newsletter comes out, the traffic on our web site quadruples, and even now, after so many years in business, we still get the most travelers as a referral from your site. In addition, these are the best women to travel with: intelligent, well-read, curious and lots of fun. Thank you paving the road for travel for all women.
Yolanta Barnes, Sights and Soul Travel, USA

I was impressed with the size and reach of your Journeywoman Network and Newsletter subscriber base.
Jeff Chown, Organic Evolution, Ontario, Canada

We're delighted that there's been so much interest in our ad already.
Augusta, Lindsey’s Bed and Breakfast, Montreal, Canada

I thought you'd like to know that when the JOURNEYWOMAN Newsletter came out in March hits to AT HOME IN LONDON' site doubled! I'd say that was money well spent.
Maggie Dobson, Director, At Home in London, athomeinlondon.co.uk

Journeywoman had definitely sent the most traffic to my site relative to all the other advertising I have been doing. Thank you!
Jo Kosewski, Hibiscus Tours, USA

It is a pleasure to work with you and thank you for your professionalism and friendly manner of doing business.
Frank Slater, International Guide Academy, Inc.

Dear, Evelyn, I just wanted to email you to thank you so much. Through the Journeywoman Network, I have had many people come on tours. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
Karen Henrich, NuitBlancheTours.com, France

Individual visits to my website for yesterday were over 800 where 200 is normal -- and the increase began about the time your (Journeywoman) issue went live!
Thanks again,
Susan, Smart Travel Press, Portland, USA

I am thrilled with the response to my Journeywoman ad. They are all real quality women.
No time wasters!
Pat, The Cultural Explorer, USA

Evelyn, since you wrote about Kim Allan Silk in your newsletter I have gotten so many new customers and they keep coming back for more! They tell their friends who buy our silk products and then those friends buy them for gifts. It has been an incredible snowball effect. Your readers trust you because you are choosy about which companies you represent. Because of Journeywoman.com, Kim Allan Silk now sells WORLD WIDE!! I have sent silk to your readers in Dubai, Scotland, Australia, France, Italy etc. Every month that we have been mentioned in your newsletter, the same thing happens -- MORE ORDERS and MORE CUSTOMERS. You are like an angel. I don’t mean to gush but we are a small business that is growing and making a profit because of people like you, Evelyn who are so supportive. I really can’t thank you enough. I hope to pay it forward!!
Sincerely,
Kim Allan, http://www.kimallansilk.com

Journeywoman is our number one source of leads and bookings.

Evelyn, I am very happy to have found you; you have been a tremendous help in building our business. I have lots of clients who found me through your wonderful (Journeywoman) website.
Ning Bond, Well Arranged Travel, USA

We have received some great orders since the newsletter was sent out!
Michelle, en-day.com, USA

We got one registration and many inquiries (potentials for next year) from the ad. Great stuff given the short time frame (we had for advertising).
Tracey, Tuscany Writers Conference, Lucca, Italy

'The JourneyWoman newsletter came out yesterday and in one day, I had more visits to my site than in the entire month of December. I am really, really pleased with the showing from my ad in the newsletter. I must say that my JourneyWoman ad has been far and away the most productive use of my advertising dollars. Thank you!'
Linda, Dream of Venice, USA

It is truly a joy to work with Journeywoman. We have spent a fair bit of money on advertising and to be honest with you nothing does as well for us as Journeywoman. It’s a great website, a great community for women of all ages and backgrounds and we are delighted to be a small part of it. Thanks again for everything.
Dawne, WWT, USA

You’ll be pleased to know that this past Friday and Saturday saw both the hits and unique visits to our web page triple from its previous level. It took me a minute to figure it out when I first saw the spike. I said “Friday, what the heck happened in the news on Friday….oh, that’s when the Journeywoman newsletter came out!”. I hope that it continues and we look forward to having Journeywoman as a key member of our advertising portfolio.
Andrew, Global Hydration Water Treatment Systems Inc., Canada

We have been so pleasantly surprised by the number of women who have come to our website from yours. Placing our banner ads on your website was a very worthwhile advertising channel, and you are so nice and easy to work with. It is also refreshing to have the person who you are calling for actually answer the phone!
Dana, Woman's World Travel, San Diego, USA

Journeywoman is by far the best paid advertising I have ever done and the extra advertising bonuses I get are really wonderful. Thank you! Thank you!
Carol Louder, Macabi Skirt, the Original Adventure Travel Skirt, Utah, USA

I can't imagine Whizzy not being on your lovely Journeywoman site. It is wonderfully effective advertising.
Jan, Whizzy4You.com, New Angle Products Inc, USA

Since you mentioned At Home in London and GRAPEVINE in the September Journeywoman Newsletter we've received 299 new subscribers to the GRAPEVINE Newsletter. We've had 70 people subscribe in the first 24 hours -- the most ever in one day. Thanks so much for this great publicity'.
Maggie Dobson, At Home in London, London, England

Last year I got such wonderful results (over 1,000 click-thoughs) from being in your January newsletter. I want you to know that 60% of all my travellers come from the Journeywoman Network. Thank you very much.
Yolanta Barnes, Owner of Sights and Soul Travels, USA

I just wanted to let you know how many leads we have received as a result of advertising on the Journeywoman website. Not only have we received numerous leads for women inquiring about our spa, but they very often turn into guests! We have about 500 guests per season, and I think it would be safe to say 10-15% of them wrote they found New Life through the Journeywoman Website on their spa profiles. Thank you for the great work and the great site! You certainly add to our business!
Kathleen LeSage, New Life Hiking Spa, Vermont, USA

Journeywoman.com, a terrific website devoted to the details of travel for women, reaches precisely the audience we seek. We are extremely pleased to have found this venue for marketing our products.
April Merenda, VP of Sales & Marketing, Gutsy Women Travel, USA

Journeywoman.com advertising has been the best advertising decision we've made. In fact, it's the only advertiser that we've consistently used. We've always been impressed with the results in terms of the number, wide geographical distribution, and most importantly, the quality of new leads. Journeywoman.com's members are serious about travelling, and about making connections with others when they do.
Jeff Conquest, VP, Welcome Traveller Hospitality Club

The first seven people to sign up for my December trip all came from you -- and all of them saw me in your newsletter!! Thank you very much...
Kim, Tally Ho Adventures, USA

I am thrilled by the pull your newsletter has. I've gotten another 4 calls since Friday -- that's 30 in all. It's very impressive and I will be telling everyone I know who markets to women, whether locally or internationally, to contact you.
Ellen, Tea Women Network, New York City

I'm so pleased and so (pleasantly) shocked by the response I'm getting from my ad in Journeywoman. It's been overwhelming. I've gotten close to 50 inquiries already.
Judith, San Miguel, Mexico

I've been solicited actively recently by two other websites both of whom are setting up women's travel sections. It's not hard to put together where they got that marvelous idea, but I'd much rather invest in you, the woman with the idea, than established travel sites that are seeing the wisdom of your ways.

JourneyWomen Readers are wonderful...

Dear Journeywoman,
My web site logged 500 visits since the newsletter came out yesterday morning! The friendliest and most interesting Journeywomen have written to me: a retired solo traveler in her 70s who is still globetrotting, a group of "over the hill" bicyclists (their term, not mine!), women who want to attend the Biennale art exhibition, one women who wants to realize her dream of living in Venice, a young family with twins who want to instill love of travel into their children... the list goes on and on.

I've spent all day today answering requests, making bookings, and referring people to other reliable rental sources for dates I can't accommodate them. Whew!

Sincerely,

Linda, Dream of Venice, USA

Dear Journeywoman,
Wow! The response to Journeywoman’s recent newsletter was incredible – thank you so much! What wonderful women I have spoken to as a result of the newsletter.... I can honestly say I would enjoy traveling with each and every one of them. I always say it – but it really is a sincere pleasure working with Journeywoman. You have a great following of readers, and we are delighted to be a small part of the wonderful Journeywoman umbrella.

Sincerely,

Dawne - Woman's World Travel, USA

Kudos from a reader...

Dear Journeywoman,
I recently returned from a one month adventure in West Africa. It was a cycling tour of Mali and Senegal with an organization called ibike. I would like to thank you for introducing me to them.

Over the past few months I have had the need to do something challenging and adventurous in a part of the world many people would never consider traveling. As a single female traveler, I turned to Journeywoman for a helping hand. Sure enough, categorized according to interests and situation, I easily found exactly what I was looking for at your website classifieds.

Thank you Journeywoman for getting me started on my path to adventure traveling.

Sincerely,

Maleka, Markham, Canada

More kudos ...

As a result of featuring my Bali retreat in your newsletter last December, I'm getting follow up interest in this year's retreats from those who ultimately couldn't come to Bali but wanted to be kept abreast of other retreats I offer. I now have 2 American women registered who can come to Mexico in a couple of weeks. Thanks very much.
Laila, Aziza Healing Adventures, Canada

It has been such a pleasure to work with you.
Karen Iannone, Smarter Living, Inc.

Thanks for your great efforts and great site!
Ward Luthi, Walking The World, USA

I have been advertising for a year or so now in the (JW) classifieds and was so pleased to be mentioned in the Ottawa Citizen and the Vancouver Sun and the Montreal Gazette in the article Top 10 Trips for Women Only. I assume the writer selected the trips from Journeywoman. What a great website... I have a woman from Perth Australia thanks to your website. All the very best to you.
Kathi, A Woman's Paris, Toronto, Canada

From all the research I've done, and I've done a LOT, your site is probably the BEST value for advertising tours.
Azores Walking Tours, USA

I thought you might be pleased to hear that I'm getting a very good response to my ad in Journeywoman in terms of brochure requests for the Hieronymus Bosch Voyage. I'm glad I took the risk.
Yara Snylyk, The Cultured Voyager LLC, USA

We have now had two participants on the program who have come through Journeywoman -- one Canadian and one British and both on the same program.
David Mozer, ibike.com

I have received many responses [to our ad] in your newsletter and at journeywoman.com. Last count was around 30 sales. Now I would like to add banner advertising as we discussed.
Carol Louder, macabiskirt.com, USA

Judy Colaneri, Spanish Steps, USA

Editor Evelyn Hannon is a pleasure to work with and we are delighted with the results of her Australian journey [GirlTalk Australia]. The site provides long-term exposure and is up-dated on a regular basis - all great value for the destination.

We have already had a brochure request - we knew this was going to be a fantastic site for us - thank you!

I have met some of the nicest people through your ad. From all over the world, all different types and all of them have been enchanting, interesting, slightly zany women!
Sally, B&B, London, England

Blessings to you, Journeywoman. I have been very pleased with the results I have received from your classified advertising. I have had two Journey Women readers that signed up and some that cannot go this time, another that is considering. They have been just the quality of women I like to attract. Thanks so much for your help.
Elaine, Mexico Sacred Journey Retreats

I had 15 referrals from my classified ad at the Journeywoman site last week. [Generally] I normally get about 5 or 6 referrals a week from the ad.
