Enjoy this tip about Venice, Italy from our community!
“There are many things to see and do in Venice.
Go to see San Marco, of course, and the Jewish part of the town called “ghetto”, the Biennale, the food market in Rialto, have an aperitif at Zattere (the waterfront dock) at sunset.
I suggest this little book…
To know the best restaurants buy the inexpensive booklet called Osterie di Venezia, written by an Italian woman called Michela Scibilia. It’s in English, too. I hope this helps other women. Have a nice stay in my country.”
– Daniela, Venice, Italy
P.S. I believe the only public kosher restaurant in Venice today is Gam Gam, a restaurant near the Ponte delle Guglie in the ghetto.
