Sleep and Wellness: Do you need a TravelReady Health Reset in 2021?

Last updated on March 2nd, 2021

Let’s Get Travel Ready by Focusing on our Health

(Note:  JourneyWoman is not advocating travel at this time, but we believe there are things we can be doing to prepare for travel in the future, when it’s determined to be safe by health authorities.)

This has been one hell of a year. I know I don’t have to tell you this. 2020 might be gone but the pain, stress, sadness and anxiety it caused us all will never be forgotten.

If you are like the rest of us, your coping mechanisms for this new heightened level of stress have created some very bad habits. Too much sugar, caffeine, carbs and alcohol, just to name a few. And these bad habits lead directly to insomnia, weight gain, exhaustion, brain fog and low sex drive.

We may all still be wearing masks and working from home, but we can take back control over our bodies and our lives.

We can feel more vibrant, have more energy and feel good in our bodies again.

Introducing “Irresistibly Healthy”

My 4-week reset program called, “Irresistibly Healthy”, starts in April and will offer you new healthy habits so you can lose weight, feel more vibrant, improve your gut health, strengthen your immune system, sleep better, plus many tips, meals plans and hacks so you can feel like yourself again.

Here is what a participant from my October reset program had to say:

“Through Shawna’s program I learned the proper tools to help improve those areas of my life which ultimately helped my overall health and improved my sleep. I am confident the tools Shawna provided me with will continue to be the blueprint on improving my overall health and mindset. I am forever grateful that I chose to invest in myself by taking this course. It was definitely the gift that will continue to give for years to come.” – Lisa from Seattle, WA.
