This has been one hell of a year. I know I don’t have to tell you this. 2020 might be gone but the pain, stress, sadness and anxiety it caused us all will never be forgotten.
If you are like the rest of us, your coping mechanisms for this new heightened level of stress have created some very bad habits. Too much sugar, caffeine, carbs and alcohol, just to name a few. And these bad habits lead directly to insomnia, weight gain, exhaustion, brain fog and low sex drive.
