As professional journalists, we only write about places we have actually travelled to and share our first-hand experiences. We are accomplished, award-winning and accredited by professional organizations including the Society of American Travel Writers (SATW), the Travel Media Association of Canada (TMAC) and the North American Travel Journalists Association (NATJA). We have a shared understanding of our role and purpose, acknowledging our influential role as travel writers to support the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly #5: Gender Equality.
