Where and when to go to Africa
With 54 countries on the African continent, there are countless untold adventures for women in this incredibly diverse region. The African continent is not one to be easily crossed off a list, with a landmass of 30 million km squared and a population of more than one billion people. There is more than one adventure to be had and many stories to be told.
When you are thinking of a trip to Africa, what do you want to experience? Gorilla conservation in Uganda, a guided visit to an elephant rescue and rehabilitation program in Kenya, or a luxury game reserve in South Africa? On our “30 Places for Women to Travel to in 2024″ list, curated from our own experiences, we included Cairo, Egypt; Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Uganda; Cape Town, South Africa and Zanzibar, Tanzania.
So when is the best time to go and what less-travelled places can we explore? We’ve invited five experts from the JourneyWoman Women’s Travel Directory to join us and share their top tips and insider secrets on our webinar on April 23, 2024 at 2 pm EDT.
When: Tuesday, April 23, 2024
When: 2 pm EDT (check local time zones here)
Where: Zoom! Sign up below for the link. Capacity is 100 women. The session will be recorded and shared on our YouTube channel for those who can’t join us.
