I spent this week talking to people in different cities, countries. Over and over, I heard stories of people walking, talking together in groups. Parks with throngs of crowds. Stores where distancing guidelines are ignored. Frankly, these stories scare the hell out of me.

I ask myself every day: “What can I do to help?” Staying home is what I can do to help. Physical distancing is what I can do to help. Creating platforms where people can communicate is what I can do to help. If nothing else, we are learning that everything we do affects someone else.

We are all connected through this invisible thing, travelling from place to place, called a coronavirus. We are all in this together. We are ONE. . There will be time for us to walk together, dance together, to hug and hold hands. But now is not that time. Please keep your distance, be safe and be well.
