Susan Sommers is an internationally acclaimed wellness and fitness author, advocate, and speaker. She entered her first 5k walk race at 59 and since then has completed 35 races, including two 7 1/2 hour Marathons. Susan is the author of three successful books on health and wellness. A charismatic speaker, she has delivered inspirational keynotes, seminars, and workshops in Canada and the United States. Her clients include lululemon Athletica and Running Room.
