Capt. Joy Sherman has been sailing all of her life. She has sailed thousands of miles on many different sail and power vessels.
She studied Photography at the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, RI.
She traveled up and down the East Coast from Maine to Florida and the Caribbean, working aboard large luxury yachts. She has her USCG Master 100-ton license.
Joyride Charters has been a successful woman-owned business since 2004.
