June 14, 2024 – 30th Annniversary Celebration at the Bata Shoe Museum
Four years ago, Evelyn’s iconic red boots were accepted into the Bata Shoe Museum‘s permanent collection, as a symbol of women’s empowerment and Canadian ingenuity. In addition to celebrating Evelyn and JourneyWoman, Joy Fox, 89, our first JourneyWoman Evelyn Hannon Solo Travel Award recipient joined us from British Columbia. You can read more about Joy here.

November 8-10, 2024 – Women over 50 Travel Zone at the National Women’s Show
In honour of our 30th anniversary, JourneyWoman hosted our first “Women Over 50” travel zone at the 2024 National Women’s Show from November 8-10, 2024. With guest speakers, authors and prizes, the JourneyWoman booth was a hub for women passionate about travel to get connected and inspired about travel. The show ran from Friday, November 8 to Sunday, November 10 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.. Read more about it here.
