“I bought a set of montem trekking poles which fold up and fit in a 22 in piece of luggage. They would probably also hang on a back pack. Great for travel particularly anyone who has joint problems. MONTEMLIFE.COM.  It comes with the bag, poles are very light. When I am in a city I just carry one pole folded. easy on buses. It is adjustable for height as well.”
